Single couple seeking friendship

Guy at work is going through a bust up of his relationship. He tells me that his ex-allows him to stay in the house until he can find another place to live she owns the house they live in . She let's him still sleep in the same damn bed right next to her! And what's even more strange she owes him 6 grand from a he gave her. When he handed over the check to her she told him that she would go to her credit union and pay him back. This was in. She has not made a move to do so. So I told him to get her to sign a Promissory Note or something to the effect that she owed him money. The guy has to pay her rent until he moves. I told him don't you dare F*n move until you get the money. Now the part I find odd. When he told her he wanted her to sign a Promissory Note she says she have sex with him until it is paid!!! Is this woman Bi-Polar, Schizoid or what?!!!
